Iran short film grabs two awards from Italian Filmfest

Iran short film ‘From Hasakeh with Love’ has succeeded to grab 2 awards from the 11th edition of Punto Di Vista Film Festival in Italy.

Directed by Mohammad Farahani, the short film grabbed Best Subject and Best Film award from the Italian film event.

“A girl who lives in the ISIS invaded  Kurdish city of Hasaka in Syria tries to find a way not to be captured by the terrorist fighters,” a short synopsis of the 9-minute film reads.

Founded in 2007, the 11th edition of Punto De Vista Film Festival was held on November 26-December 7 in Italy.
